1 John 5:14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us
Confidence, courage and consistency should all stem from God as we are His. He has given unto us not fear but the spirit of love, power and a sound mind that knows God for who God is and for ourselves, our daily and intentional walk with Him makes us know God progressively, deeply as we observe Him keenly. He prunes, processes, programs and primes us so that we will prevail in the world as we carry His presence with us everywhere we go!
We know without faith we can't please Him, when you don't appeal to a person or earn his concern you will not be able to receive from Him that is why He has asked us specifically to pay attention to the matter of the hear as it is the heart of the matter on earth as everything rises and falls on it.
We will ask according to His will and get our desires when we know who God is, do what He says and impact our world without fail as His heirs on earth.
Christ is the pattern that has been given to us to build after and follow, is that what you are doing ? He can be touched with the feelings of our infirmities but recall, He didn't sin, when we ride on the path of truth He has given us we will be able to get the grace embedded in His person and mercy from God when the need arises no matter what.
Grace and Peace to you
