Psalm 33:13 The Lord looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men. (NKJV)
Beyond being the all-knowing God, He is a meticulous observer. He is interested in people who will be of perfect alignment at heart with Him at all times. Why you might want to ask? He doesn't reward impulsively till He is done with His scanning to see that the stony heart has been changed to the fleshy one by the ingestion of the word, reflection on world and taking commensuration actions in the world that will reveal the nature of God, the culture of the kingdom and mature us in the process as faithful servants.
The Bible is instructive about what God will do for the faithful servant, such that will obey Him to the later whenever and wherever, one who doesn't need anyone to be there to do right, i mean one who works out his salvation with fear and trembling to ensure He is heavenly focused at all times. Post observation and evaluation you are rest assured that promotion and elevation that will awe you and the world is certain at all times as you would have earned God's trust.
Are you a faithful steward? Is your heart permissive to His word and will ?
Grace & Peace to you
