1 John 5:9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; for this is the witness of [c]God which He has testified of His Son
The Bible says that by the mouth of two or more witnesses a matter is established, here God is saying that His witnessing is bi-dimensional, He sent His son to the world to be a witness of His manifest presence, embodiment of His grace, reconciliatory strategist, enabler, discipler, teacher and way-maker.
As the son lived fulfilling the purpose of being sent, He empowered, trained and groomed the first set of disciples on how to live differentiated to the Father by living within the remit of His will even as humans. Yes He led a holy life, one in conformity with the will of the Father till he breathed the last hence His Father was always proud of Him and twice revealed Christ as someone who He loves so much and beyond that He urges us to hear Him.
This climaxed when Christ was [resenting the disciples back to Him in John 17, a place I have come to reference as the convocation of the disciples , He met them as frail, mere and uncertain men but he trained them to become vision carriers, light of the world and God's glory carriers as He begged the Father to release to them the exact same measure of the glory the Father Has bestowed on Him personally even at the get go!
God is ready to release His covering and enabling glory but not to people outside His family, fear of God is the access according to Psalm 84:7 and He will also shield such glory as He uplifts you and make you a wonder in your generation. The question is , do you fear Him ?
Grace and Peace unto you
