Understanding purpose in leadership is key to influencing people , impacting lives and not burning out as a leader. Samuel led about the most stubborn people back in the day, yet he did not fail in his delivery of qualitative and relatable leadership. He was empathetic to people who had none, he was compassionate to people who were cruel and prayed for them knowing that he was accountable to God and so therefore he ensured he delivered the terms of his calling by praying for the Israelites, teaching them and modelling them the Lord's way so as to have a people with compliance to statutes, who had clarity, direction and know who they were in God. What has God called you to be in the lives of others ?
